How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. After that, delivery within the US typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the item and your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Standard shipping is $8, free on orders over $70.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Is this real human hair or synthetic?
We carry both — each product page states clearly whether it's 100% human hair or heat-resistant synthetic fiber, along with care instructions for that material.
How do I pick the right length or lace size?
